Jackie Havel joined Amur Finance Company in May 2014 and is the head of Human Resources and manages staff recruitment and retention, benefits administration, performance management, policies and procedures, payroll and employment law. She has also assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources Manager for Amur Equipment Finance. Jackie brings over 26 years of Management and Human Resources experience. She received her Professional Human Resources Certificate from the HR Certification Institute in 2013. She has been a SHRM member since 2004 and is currently involved with the Central NE Human Resources Management Association.
